Ralph Parrott is the Founder and CEO of Integrity Capital Investments. Ralph has over 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering, operations, business development, and executive leadership within B2B and B2C environments.  His experience includes regional, national, and international service, construction, and manufacturing companies, including one of our nation’s largest Fortune 500 firms.

Ralph has worked in multiple industry segments, including oil and gas facility construction, pipeline integrity, solar electric system design and installation, instrumentation and communication system development and manufacturing, carbon steel manufacturing, and insulation manufacturing.

Ralph founded a successful regional service contracting business and led its growth to over 65 employees in 4 years.  However, his greatest achievement has been employing people and watching some of them go on to start and grow their own successful companies using the organizational structure they learned while under his leadership.

Ralph has enjoyed an extensive career of consistent team success, visionary innovation, and award-winning leadership, which has resulted in rapid business growth. Ralph served as the president of the Houston Renewable Energy Group, a member of the board of directors for the Southwest Insulation Contractors Association, and he is an alumni member of the Texas Business Hall of Fame.

Ralph received a BS in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University and an MBA from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX.

Ralph is a member of the Fort Bend Church in Sugar Land, TX, and  Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.
